Patient Satisfaction by the National Rural Health Association”
At the awards ceremony on September 28th in Kansas City, Missouri, Kirby Medical Center was recognized as a Top
20 Critical Access Hospital in the US for Patient Satisfaction by the
National Rural Health Association. The designation is based on the Hospital
Strength INDEX® as determined by The Chartis Group. “It’s
wonderful to be recognized again,” said Kirby Medical Center CEO
Steve Tenhouse, “this is the second year in a row we have won this
award and it is great for the people that work at the hospital to be recognized
by the people they care for.” Craig Webb, Kirby Medical Center governing
