Enhancing Lives

The Wellness Trail started as a vision to encourage physical exercise and enhance our wellness programs. The first phase of the Trail opened in October 2015, with a long-term goal of creating a network of trails throughout the Kirby campus.

Thanks to the generous support of our community – the Trail is enhancing lives. Therapy patients, fitness enthusiasts, hospital staff, and members of the community enjoy walking, running, and biking on the Trail every day.

Trees for Trail

Grow with us!

Now, with your help, we’d like to make the trail even better. We hope you will help us grow—literally. Please consider a $700 gift in support of a Tree for the Trail. Donors will be recognized on the donor board located on the Trail, allowing the trees to be enjoyed in the tranquility of their natural setting. The Trees for the Trail initiative helps us fulfill these priorities:

  • Plant 100 trees around the Trail
  • Provide much-needed shade for year-round Trail use
  • Enrich the beauty of our medical campus with a cohesive landscaping plan

Generations to come will appreciate and benefit from the beautiful landscaping that you can help us grow today. We hope you will consider making a gift.
