🏈⚽🏀 Monticello Sages athletes – are you ready to train smarter, prevent injuries, and fuel your game?
Join us for Kirby Connections: Strong Sages on October 8th at Monticello High School Auditorium.
💪 Learn from Dr. Jacob Sams on injury prevention & Dietitian Sara Eades on nutrition for athletes.
🍴 Dinner provided by Apple a Day Cafe at 5:30 PM.
🎤 Presentation begins at 6:00 PM.
🏆 Raffle drawing for athletes in attendence.
🎁 Door prizes for the first 50 athletes.

- Price: Free
- Registration Instructions: The event will be held at Monticello High School Auditorium, with a meal from 5:30–6:00 p.m., followed by the presentation from 6:00–7:30 p.m. Each individual attending must submit their own form (e.g., each parent, athlete, and coach should complete a separate registration). This will ensure food is available for everyone.
