Gear up for the season with a sports physical! Join us on July 13th at Monticello High School from 3pm - 6pm.

Cost: $25 cash or check. $20 from each athlete will be returned to their respective booster organization.

Please remember to bring a sports physical form signed by a parent or guardian.
