What Is Kirby Connect Patient Portal?
Kirby Connect Patient Portal offers Kirby Medical Center and Kirby Medical Group clinic patients free secure online access to their personal health information and portions of their medical record from anywhere with an Internet connection (computer, tablet or smartphone). It enables patients to be actively involved in their healthcare anytime that is convenient for them, day or night. With Kirby Connect, patients will be able to:
- View portions of their Kirby Medical Center health record (recent visits, medications, allergies, conditions, immunizations and more)
- View test results and diagnostic reports
- View clinical visit documents
- View billing activity
- Update personal profile information
In addition, Kirby Medical Group patients will be able to:
- View and request appointments
- Request prescription refills
- Communicate securely with their healthcare team
How Do I Sign Up for Kirby Connect?
There are two convenient options for creating a Kirby Connect Patient Portal account. A valid email address must be on file with Kirby Medical Center/Group before you can sign up.
