The Kirby Injury Prevention Program is a 6-week pilot training series developed for high school athletes who want to reduce injury risk, improve movement mechanics, and enhance overall athletic performance.
Led by professionals at Kirby Therapy & Wellness Center, this structured program focuses on strengthening key muscle groups, correcting movement patterns, and building stability to support safe and effective performance.
Sports place repetitive stress on growing bodies. Without proper mechanics and foundational strength, athletes may be at increased risk for sprains, strains, and overuse injuries.
This program emphasizes proactive training strategies that help athletes stay healthy throughout their season.

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Time: 3:30 – 4:15 PM
Cost: $200 for the full 6-week program
