Balancing Blood Sugars

At Kirby Medical Center we are so excited to partner with the University of Illinois Extension program to host a class for the Piatt County community to learn more about diabetes meal planning.
In this workshop guests will be able to explore tools like carbohydrate counting and the plate method while learning how to improve blood sugar management.
