Gear up for the season with a sports physical! Join us on August 1st at Kirby Medical Group in Monticello from 3:30pm-6:30pm.
Cost: $25 cash or check. $20 from each athlete will be returned to their respective booster organization.
Please remember to bring a sports physical form signed by a parent or guardian.
