About Grace

Grace is a Licensed Social Worker with experience supporting a diverse range of individuals, including young children, adults, older adults, and couples. She takes a compassionate and holistic approach to care, tailoring each session to the unique needs of the individual. Her clinical practice draws from evidence-based modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Relational Therapy. Grace is committed to creating a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe, heard, and understood. She values the importance of a strong therapeutic relationship and believes that clients are the experts in their own lives.
