Dr. Paul Pacheco is board certified in colon and rectal surgery and general surgery, with more than two decades of experience treating diseases of the colon, rectum and anus. He provides both operative and non-operative care and has extensive experience with robotic, laparoscopic and open surgical techniques.
Dr. Pacheco treats colorectal and anal cancers, diverticulitis, hemorrhoids, anal fissures, anorectal abscesses and fistulas, rectal prolapse, pilonidal disease, inflammatory bowel disease and other colorectal conditions. He also performs screening and advanced colonoscopy procedures, including endoscopic mucosal resection for difficult-to-remove polyps.
