Athlete performance starts with preparation both on and off the field. Join us for an evening designed to help Monticello High School athletes stay strong, prevent injuries, and fuel their bodies for peak performance.

  Topic: Preventing common sports injuries in high school athletes.
• Sara Eades, MS, LDN, RD – Registered Dietitian & Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist with Kirby Medical Center 
  Topic: Proper nutrition & hydration for high school athletes.
