Community Outreach/Services

Kirby Medical Center is dedicated to enhancing the well-being and quality of life for the Monticello and Piatt County communities. Beyond clinical care, we recognize that health is influenced by where we live, learn, work, and play. Our commitment extends to organizing community programs, supporting school classes/athletics, offering scholarships, and promoting health awareness through education and community events.

Community Health Needs Assessment

Kirby Medical Center is committed to creating a healthy community through comprehensive assessments and the implementation of effective plans. Analyzing community healthcare needs and establishing programs based on Piatt County data is a priority for Kirby Medical Center. As a result, we will strive to improve the overall health of our community members and achieve high-quality and cost-effective care with a firm understanding of local priorities, needs, assets, and values.

Kirby Medical Center has partnered with the Illinois Critical Access Hospital Network (ICAHN) to facilitate a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). To view our most recent Community Health Needs Assessment or Implementation Plan, click the links below.
